Welcome!

Hi Everybody,
I'm so excited for this new 30 day challenge I'm starting and for my new blog. I hope you are too. My 30 Day Pinterest Workout Challenge is based on the concept that I will complete a different workout from one of my favorite websites (and a website I''m sure many of you adore too), Pinterest, everyday for 30 days straight. I don't know about all of you but I am an obsessive Pinner, I go on Pinterest and end up getting sucked in for hours, so I decided to put all the wasted time to some good use and start using those workouts that my "Spring Break Motivation" pin board is full of. For my very first workout of the challenge I picked a workout that seemed fairly easy. This workout was a leg workout pyramid which you can see and try for yourself at this posted link, Lean Legs Pyramid Exercise. This workout is the perfect mini workout for you if you don't have much time or space to devote to working out. Its a very simple workout with things like lunges and squats that you can do just about anywhere. In fact, I did this workout in my own bedroom and had no difficulties with the small amount of space what so ever. One thing I will warn though, if your legs aren't used to a regular workout, prepare to be a little sore after this one. I know my legs were quite tired after this brief workout. Although this workout was a challenge for me, it could be easily adapted for someone with a higher skill set simply by adding small weights to each step. Over all this was a very versatile workout and I'll almost definitely try it again sometime. Thanks for reading and working out with me today, see you tomorrow for Workout #2!
